The Sacred U Community
Ali and Sophia talk about the Sacred U community. This interview was from a few years ago when they were first starting and they have now grown.
About Our Guest:
Sophia Sol has endured immense challenges, yet she has transformed her life and now leads a global empowerment movement. Born with a genetic disorder, she underwent over 30 operations, facing chronic pain, bullying, abuse, and mental health struggles, including suicide attempts.
Through self-awareness and perseverance, she reshaped her reality. Sound Healing and Breathwork became her path to healing, allowing her to live pain- and drug-free. Embracing Positive Thought and Self-Esteem, she wakes up each day with gratitude, believing in the limitless power of the mind. Sophia’s self-development journey led her to establish Sacred U, a worldwide movement fostering love, growth, and connection. Dedicated to empowering women, it provides a platform for shared passions, services, and support, where everyone is accepted just as they are.
